Great location of the rooms within woodland setting
A lovely rural setting, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast
It was a very pleasant stay
The hotel is no easily accessible by public transportation
Fantastic location in the woods, close to the Hoge Veluwe park. Nice setting, many facilities such as swimming pool , bowling and tennis. Nice restaurant with tables outside. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the rooms in the little bungalows with the terrace. Dog friendly. Friendly staff. Breakfast had a rather good choice,
The room's furniture was really a bit outdated, plastic (laminate) with pieces falling off. Also the bathroom was very basic. The scramled eggs tasted as if made from powder, and the bacon looked more like tiny little pieces of burned paper.
Very nice hotel. Spacey rooms, excellent shower, best surroundings possible (in the middle of the woods).
Large gap underneath the door gives the impression that your neighbors enter your room. Breakfast buffet is good, but nothing special; I expected a bit more. Value for money however was excellent!
The staff is very friendly and the breakfast and dinner is also very good.
The rooms are a little outdated.
Included breakfast, very high quality! And the overall service was excelent!
The room description stated a bath tub was available in the room but it wasn't.
great stay - excellent buffet breakfast - would rush back there!
Lack of parking close to room
Loved the BIG room and the location
1. a pity ALL rooms are not equipped with tea/coffee making facilities 2. need covered walkways to the main area - it poured with rain during our visit and we were drenched walking to our room. 3. the wine list was very expensive compared with other places we stayed
15 EUR extra charge for baby cot, first time in 3 years we had to pay this at any hotel
No heating in the bathroom made it uncomfortable
The restaurant food in the evening was spectacular. Fantastic selection, beautifully presented. Excellent value.
Car park was situated amongst the trees which hid them from view a good thing but they were dark and needed lighting.
The price was good and the staff were friendly
The restaurant food was dissapointing, the steak I had on the first night was tasteless , tough and expensive , second night I tried to have a snack in the english pub but was told I had to eat in the restaurant, which I did but it was very dificult to find anything I liked. Onthe third night the heating still was not on and I had to complain @6.30 as the temperature was @ 8c all day, the heating came on @ 9.30 pm not good enough!
The staff were excellent-very friendly and attentive.
The accommodation- veryshabby, needs updating.
Our room had a nice terrace 10 meters from the forest. Food was really good and the open fireplace too.
